How much is shipping and insurance?
Our shipping fee is $30.00 for any location within the United States or Canada. .Insurance is charged at a rate of $4 per $1,000 of order value.
What is the purpose of insurance?
The insurance fee provides full replacement value coverage for your order while it is in transit. However, your order cannot be replaced under the insurance policy if:
- You have a signature waiver on file with the courier company; and
- Your package is signed for by a third party (i.e. a colleague at work or a guest in your home).
When will I receive my order?
Your order will arrive within three (3) to five (5) business days, via Kitco’s preferred courier services.
All deliveries require an adult signature. If you are not at home, you will receive a notice of delivery. You will be required to show valid photo identification when picking up your package.
Kitco cannot be held responsible for any packages delivered to you if you have a signature waiver arrangement with the courier.

How can I track my order?
Your tracking number(s) will be sent to you by email within one (1) business day of your purchase order. You may also retrieve your tracking number online, by logging in to your account on https://www.kitcogoldsilver.com/

Please keep all original packaging in which your order was shipped. We may request images of the packaging, and /or a notarized letter attesting to what items are missing or damaged.
